Dr. Ian Nivison Smith Statistician

Since 1995, Ian, as Manager and statistician in his own consultancy, Statistics Workshop, has been involved in over 400 waste management projects for APC and now APWC.  As APC’s resident statistician, he develops statistical methodologies, determines sample sizes, undertakes sample selection, oversees data entry and undertakes analysis of collected data. Clients can have total confidence in the data they receive.
Dr Ian Nivison-Smith holds a Bachelor of Science, Diploma of Secondary Education and a Master of Applied Statistics. Ian has now completed a PhD in Biostatistics at the University of Sydney and is a member of the Statistical Society of Australia.
